This backfill Director role will lead the Inbound Services team that is responsible for sales across QB Live, QB Capital, Payroll, POS and Sales Innovation. This Director of Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and delivering increased revenue and contribution growth.
Requires in-depth technical knowledge of the product, and ability to coach sales professionals to stretch and increase productivity.
The most critical outcomes for this role:
Execute sales fundamentals (e.g. optimize Inbound demand response sales plays)
Lead core business operations (define clear role responsibility, prioritization, and direct accountability)
End-to-end responsibility for the Inbound Services channel, including P&L
Design and lead org for success, and allocate resources to high-impact priorities
Leader, teacher across organization, based on deep expertise in channel and business acumen
Develops and executes channel/alliance sales and marketing strategy and plans, communicating to entire organization, and beyond, to ensure shared vision
Contributes to development of 3 and 1-year plan for organization
Leads channel/alliance sales functional organization, developing talent and building capability to meet strategic needs
Advance Intuit sales, business development strategies and continuously renew sales capabilities, people and practices in response to an ever-changing environment
Provide people leadership to attract and retain the best talent through structured development, career and succession planning while helping to build overall team capability to ensure sales excellence
