Responsible for financial oversight of the Federal Health Products and Services (FHPS), formerly known as the Federal Employee Program, line of business (which encompasses $11 Billion of annual revenue and 1.6 million members). Works closely with all levels of the regional and corporate accounting, cost and budget, and reporting and analysis areas to insure the integrity of the financial results of the business unit.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Requires a BS/BA in accounting or finance; 8-10 years experience in accounting, financial reporting, business analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic and tactical planning within a health insurance/managed care environment; prior management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA, CPA, CMA, FSA, and/or CFA preferred.
