Job Summary:

This position will support LLUSS's strategic plan and the organization's mission to continue the teaching and healing ministry of Jesus Christ, while embracing the core values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Wholeness.The Director-Identity and Access Management (IAM) will partner with other Information Services (IS) departments and business stakeholders to develop and implement Identity and Access Management capabilities that enable the full lifecycle management of LLUH system account identities, credentials and entitlements according to LLUH security, privacy and compliance requirements. Oversees the IAM team and will manage the IAM Program at LLUH. Responsible for successful partner relationships and efficient operations of the IAM function. Performs other duties as needed.

Job Specifications:

Strong knowledge of security, privacy, audit and compliance requirements applicable to the healthcare industry (e.g. HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, PCI DSS, NIST, etc.). Experience in supporting and independently performing complex identity and access management full lifecycle analysis. Understands industry best practices for access administration activities (i.e. provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, automation, etc.), authorization and authentication protocols and access governance. Understands Active Directory group structures, security, policies, etc. Working application of Role Based Access Controls. Experience in access role development and maintenance and defining application level roles/groups and permissions to ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms are aligned with policies, standards and as appropriate, best practices. Well-versed in IAM principles, such as segregation of duties analysis, access reviews and compliance, and privileged user management. Able to read; write and speak with professional quality; use computer and software programs necessary to the position, e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Access; operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position.: Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; provide leadership; be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate; accept direction. Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; work independently; perform basic math and statistical functions; manage multiple assignments; compose written material; work well under pressure; problem solve; organize and prioritize workload; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position. Bachelor's degree with concentration in Business, Management, Information Technology/Services or related field required. Master's degreepreferred. Minimum seven years of experience working in Identity and Access Management function, or related IT Security environment required. Minimum five years of supervisory experiencerequired. Minimum two years of experience leading the development, design and implementation of IAM solutions required.

Valid driver's license required at time of hire. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other equivalent certification preferred.
