Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Director, Human Resources, will be a focused results-oriented leader. This role requires a unique blend of skills and experience of Human Resources and Employee Health and Wellness management. Also provides expertise in the area of employment related regulatory compliance. The position requires a versatile HR professional who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the organization, leverage their HR expertise and business acumen, and be a hands-on leader. The Director partners with Sr. leadership to develop and implement a strategic human resources plan with long range and short term initiatives that contribute to Rady Children's objective of being an employer of choice.
