The Corporate Services Human Resources Team is actively recruiting for a Director of HR Operations and Employee Relations. The Director will provide operational and consultative HR services to the Corporate Services function, primarily in the areas of but not limited to: Employee Relations, benefits/compensation, leave management and recruitment. The Director will establish and maintain effective relationships with assigned departments to ensure their goals and objectives are achieved. The director will lead HR Business Partners on Employee Relations matters, leave management and all other duties as assigned. The director will establish and maintain effective recruitment and retention programs for their assigned business units.
