The Corporate Services Human Resources Team is actively recruiting for a Director of HR Operations and Employee Relations. The Director will provide operational and consultative HR services to the Corporate Services function, primarily in the areas of but not limited to: Employee Relations, benefits/compensation, leave management and recruitment. The Director will establish and maintain effective relationships with assigned departments to ensure their goals and objectives are achieved. The director will lead HR Business Partners on Employee Relations matters, leave management and all other duties as assigned. The director will establish and maintain effective recruitment and retention programs for their assigned business units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ of progressive experience an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations professional or Employment Lawyer
  • 3 years of experience managing a team
  • Clear understanding of employment laws and regulatory systems and requirements
  • Experience in coaching, counseling and engaging employees
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated relationship building success at levels of the organization
