We are conducting a search for an for incredible global humanitarian not-for-profit for a Director, Human Resources – US Programs. Candidates will have 10+ years of HRexperiencesupporting employee groups of 500+ in multiple locations, experienceworking with key senior management and building rapport across all levels in the organization applying global cultural knowledge in a dynamic, high volume, deadline driven environment. Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and training & development, superb written and verbal communication skills, solid knowledge of HR process, policy, practice and systems and strong collaborative work style also needed.
Major responsibilities will include supervising regional HR partners/senior HRassociates, developing sophisticated human capacity strategies, leading large-scale organizational change efforts, driving and delivering strategic and operational solutions to client groups' challenges, development of training and containment of institutional risk.
