The HR Director reports to the VP of HR and will be a strategic business partner who provides guidance to senior leaders, and ensures organizational effectiveness through strong partnerships within the Pulp & Paper Division. The objective of this position is to deliver upon the P&P HR initiatives, and facilitate the business strategies through human capital leadership and expertise in organizational effectiveness. Emphasis for this role will be placed on designing, developing and delivering quantifiable business improvements. The role requires an experienced hands-on client facing business partner and organizational effectiveness leader to partner with leadership and provide effective coaching for their direct reports and teams.
