Key Responsibilities

As a Director, Human Resources (HRBP), you will act as a strategic partner to business and enterprise leaders by helping to align the people strategy with the strategy of the internal client group in support of business objectives. Through guidance and support to leaders and employees, the HRBP adds value by helping the client group to achieve peak productivity. The HRBP contributes to the business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, culture enhancements, structures, processes, and behaviors.  By working in partnership with HR Operations and the Centers of Excellence, the HRBP develops integrated approaches to further the business objectives of the client group as well as solutions to human resources related challenges.

The HRBP must have a working knowledge of all the following disciplines to be able to effectively broker talent and identify root causes of problems and to enable outperformance.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences or equivalent), Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of progressively responsibleexperience in Human Resources, with significant Business Partner responsibility 
  • Experience managing diverse activities in multiple locations
  • Experience managing in a global environment, preferably with a multi-national company
  • Experience working directly with Senior Business leaders with the ability to influence and challenge when necessary
  • Ability and desire to establish, develop and maintain productive business relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

Language Skills                

  • Must be able to speak, read and write English.
