The Compensation and Benefits group provides a full range of compensation and benefit services and solutions including: M&A, due diligence, benefits optimization, operational enhancements, talent and succession planning, compensation, retention and engagement, outsourced benefits and interim HR resources.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a client focused trusted and collaborative advisor, providing proactive, practical, and valued HR solutions to clients.

Take direction from the Managing or Senior Director who advises and establishes project priorities, goals and timelines.

Lead projects and work teams to deliver solutions to clients.

Key point of contact with the client for day to day activity and execution matters.

Provide insights on project issues—including quantifying key opportunities and risks.
Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
Direct the continuous development of junior resources with coaching, input and guidance.

Qualifications:

Undergraduatedegree is required

MBA or/and advanced degree is not required but will be a distinct advantage

HR Certification

A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources (see below)

Previous HR management experience

Familiarity with state and federal compliance requirements

Relevant experience in an entrepreneurial service business is a plus
