Job Description:

The Director, HRIS will be responsible for optimizing our Workday platform. The right candidate will have a keen focus on optimization of technology and process improvement, attention to detail in analytic and technology process variance, as well as, a creative mindset for taking advantage of unique opportunities in their area as they arise. The will partner with various functional areas to provide HR system administration and support, as well as data, organizational, and security role maintenance. The Director, HRIS manages complex HR operational activities and projects, as well as participates in various HR systems implementations.

● Oversee administration of the HCM solution (Workday) and Recruiting solution (Workday)

● Sets strategy for HR systems maintenance and support. Assists with the execution of system

changes (updates, integrations, new configurations)

● Set direction for end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management. Monitors reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and

proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements

● Set security strategy and ensure accurate security role permissions are maintained.

● Stay informed of current international data and system requirements and ensure compliance

● Manage technical vendors including system consultants.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

● Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience manipulating complex data sets

● Proven management skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a distributed team of

● Strong analytical, mathematical, statistical and conceptual skills

● Excellent presentation and oral and written communication skills are essential

● The ability to contribute individually and in a leadership capacity to the technical and managerial challenges associated with maintenance and optimization of our HR technology platforms

● The ability to build strong relationships with a wide cross-section of business leaders specifically

in Finance, Sales Operations, Business Systems, and other HR functions

● Create a strategy surrounding the HR Technology platforms in order to optimize their use toward the strategic goals of HR and the broader business

● Identify gaps and deficiencies in the technology and analytics and create solutions to fill the gaps

● Responsible for managing the HR technology systems, including: maintenance, reporting auditing and streamlining system processes

● Develops programmatic solutions where functionality is not provided or does not meet



● Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree in related field is preferred

● 7-10 years HCM systems experience

● In-depth knowledge of HRIS, ATS and database systems management required – experience

with Workday required

● Experience working with confidential information and critical business processes required

● Experience working with global HR data preferred

● Experience with a Workday Partner
