Mission: own and manage all HR functions, in order to efficiently recruit and retain the high-performing team that will double Urjanet revenues in the next 2 years

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Forge trusted relationships with company leaders; support team planning / pathing
  • Recruit needed roles in under 90 days with 90% organic (in-house) sourcing
  • Establish short and long-term plans for hiring / sourcing with hiring managers
  • Shape, build, and monitor job descriptions and candidate pipelines
  • Upgrade, implement, and manage standard recruiting process
  • Review and upgrade company HR processes and systems to make them streamlined and scalable for continued high growth (in particular optimize reviews, compensation appraisals, benefits, onboarding, exits, etc.)
  • Ensure efficient company HR compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, laws, and best-practices
  • Manage and evaluate current HR team and structure
  • Mentor and coach company leaders in HR matters
  • Increase integration and cooperation with overseas teams
  • Become a value-added resource for employees (handle day-to-day questions, develop training, provide information on relevant issues, drive engagement, etc.)

  • Experience
  • 10 years HR experience in high growth tech companies with >100 employees
  • Established relationships with business leaders that adds value to their teams
  • Ownership of employee on-boarding & termination
  • Operation and evangelization of in-house recruiting / sourcing programs
  • Proven success personally recruiting experienced tech talent
  • Implementation of employee engagement programs (e.g. training, community service, company events)
  • Strong understanding of HR regulations & best practices
  • Successful evaluation and implementation of HRIS system
