Intercom is seeking a GTM Analytics & Data Science leader with a proven track record developing and managing advanced analytics capabilities and funnel optimization. This position reports to the Head of Analytics & BizOps and will be highly visible with the executive and senior leadership teams.
As the head of this function, you have the opportunity to lead an amazing team who are key to building data and intelligence into the end-to-end marketing funnel (acquisition, buyer journey, monetization, paid marketing, ABM and customer engagement) and sales processes. This includes building a data foundation (e.g., metrics, targeting dimensions); applying statistical techniques such as A/B testing, LTV estimation, and multi-touch attribution to measure our GTM efforts; applying advanced learning models to optimize the performance of key GTM processes; and conduct in depth customer deep dive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
You will partner closely with our Marketing & Sales leaders and respective Ops teams to align on goals, identify growth opportunities and build strategy and operations to execute against them. The GTM teams rely heavily on analytics to inform their data driven decision making processes, and the role requires excellent systems, analytics & presentation skills, & project prioritization across the GTM organization.
