  • Closely collaborate with small, dedicated cross-functional team across product, design, digital channels, social, PR to drive significant improvements in key customer/business growth metrics within small business industry verticals – brand recognition, signups, conversion, engagement, ARPU.
  • Test into compelling product messaging, benefits, and value propositions, based on customer & competitive insights that position and differentiate our products within key verticals that lead to subscriber growth and brand recognition for GoDaddy’s solutions.
  • Analyze all aspects of customer journey/funnel and identify the largest areas for improvement across marketing tactics, creative, messaging, merchandising pages, signup flow, product setup, and customer success.
  • Working with data science and analytics, develop and implement a rigorous testing methodology to maximize the volume and impact of tests that can be executed each month.
  • Develop innovative marketing programs to drive upsell/cross-sell and viral referrals from within the product(s) for respective verticals.
  • Provide customer insights and analysis to shape marketing & product approach.


  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with specific experience in small business/consumer technology-driven brands and experience in web/software applications
  • Growth-hacking mindset and strong experience working in a small team environment that has driven breakthrough customer/business results.
  • A customer-centric view with a passion for gaining customer insights and translating insights into strategies and executions in marketing and products.
  • Strong experience in developing simple, consumer-oriented messaging and positioning for a technical product based on market research and insights
  • Solid analytical ability, with track record of “test & learn” mindset
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply
  • A love for solving tough, interesting problems
  • The ability to adapt to changing environments quickly
  • An innate bias toward action and is a strong self-starter
  • MBA preferred
