The Director of Group Operational Effectiveness has a passion for enabling highly effective management and leadership processes and driving organizational change. This is a strategic role, working in collaboration with Benefits senior leaders and IT to define strategy and roadmaps to evolve our existing capabilities. This position will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of projects to bring project management and business readiness best practices through people, process and technology. The position will have the opportunity to influence the organization's external and internal customer experience. This position collaborates with the leaders in the Benefits Division to ensure the operational readiness and effectiveness due to technology and process changes. The role requires effective communication and the ability to influence executives, internal users, technology teams and vendors. This position is also integral in leading and/or participating in inter disciplinary strategic projects that will benefit the overall division and enterprise.
Minimum Years of Related Work Experience Required:
Ten (10)+ years of experience in financial services, insurance or consulting preferred; open to broader industry experience particularly in operational effectiveness skill set. Extensive experience in managing large, cross functional projects and driving business transformation.

Ability to implement and drive change, including demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management principles.
