?       Provide global Procurement leadership, expertise and best value solutioning in the Corporate function categories

?       Support development and implementation of robust category strategies aligned to both functional goals as well as Procurement goals of aggressively managing spend, working capital and service requirements

?       Build and understand total cost of ownership for the categories

?       Interface with Corporate and business functions to define category goals, build category strategy roadmaps and identify and deliver on specific requirements to implement functional strategy successfully. Invest necessary time to develop relationship with functional leadership to fully understand and support goals and objectives leveraging Procurement tools and processes. Meet the expectations and requirements of internal customers and stakeholders; establish and maintain effective relationships with internal customers/stakeholders and suppliers to gain their trust and respect

?       Work across regional Procurement to build and execute integrated category and Procurement goals

?       Implement and execute Procurement best practice contracting strategies utilizing tools, processes and procedures

?       Prepare, issue and manage complex Requests for Bids (RFI/RFP)

?       Drive competitive eauctions across spend to deliver fair market based pricing

?       Analyze supplier responses and service options; prepare summaries, equalize/normalize offerings to effectively partner with functional teams in leading the negotiation of all aspects in finalizing a contract with selected supplier

?       As appropriate, partner with Legal to negotiate enterprise-wide supplier contracts

?       Supportinternal customer/stakeholder commodity teams to manage key supplier performance goals and objectives. When supplier performance issues emerge, identify root causes and partner with functional leadership and other stakeholder to drive effective solution

?       Achieve savings, cost avoidance and working capital goals as outlined by Corporate Procurement Team

 

Job Requirement:

?       Bachelor?s degreerequired plus a minimum of six (6) years of related experience

?       Strong Category management experience

?       MBA (or equivalent) desired

?       Six Sigma Greenbelt certification desired; Lean certification preferred

?       Program/project management and/or Procurement professional certifications desired; PMP certification a plus

?       Global/Corporate/Multi-site procurement experiencedesired

?       Global/Corporate/ Program/Project management experience

?        Complex and Large Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience

?        Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management

?        Global Leadership experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement/Business

?        Demonstrated Business and financial acumen

?        Experience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools

$130K - $150K
$130K - $150K base, TBD bonus
