As a Director - Global ERG Communities, you will design, develop, and execute a comprehensive high-impact global Employee Resource Group strategy to help us deepen belonging and a culture of inclusion across the globe.
You will provide strategic direction, guidance and oversight to ERGs and their leadership teams to ensure alignment and integration of ERG goals, plans and budget with overall business objectives resulting in a deepened sense of belonging, community, and inclusion for our employees within their groups and across the Company.
You will build relationships with and manage onboarding of ERG executive sponsors and other key stakeholders to ensure comprehension and alignment of business strategy as well as influence buy-in and adoption of targeted DE&I programs and initiatives.
You will develop an ERG performance metrics dashboard including participation, effectiveness, survey insights and feedback on strengths and opportunities to provide targeted coaching and guidance.
You will design and deploy strategies that build and enhance leadership capabilities and leadership effectiveness of ERG leaders and members.
You will partner across brands to plan and execute an annual ERG Summit as well as manage and promote a global cultural calendar.
You have at least 7 years of experience in a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion based role or related field including prior work experience in global organizations
You are a creative thinker and have the ability to articulate a vision to teams across the organization
You use good judgment to problem solve, make decisions and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time
You are able to quickly develop professional relationships with peers, managers, executives and cross-functional teams and are able to influence decisions
You are able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
This is a newly created role working with ERGs across all brands in our global portfolio
Ideally, you'd be based in San Francisco with key stakeholders, but we are open to considering other locations where we have Match Group offices (LA, Dallas, NY)
