How you would contribute to the role:
In this special role, you will lead our inhouse creative groups who operate as an internal creative agency, assessing current state, and evaluating the operation for increased opportunity. This is an opportunity for you to lead a fully functional internal creative and production house, offering creative leadership for brand development, content, packaging, design, agency partners, and a micro studio. In this role you will lead an executive producer to build and execute a production process that will be utilized by internal teams, global affiliates, and external partners to fully utilize internal services, and maximize external relationships. This strategic leader will develop and direct the design and execution of Creative and content to promote the amazing Amway brands, winning the hearts and minds of our target audiences around the world. This role will offer the opportunity to manage both the creative oversight of global projects and the career paths of the creative team, ensuring no talent goes to waste and the work is always spot on. Because we are a global direct selling company with relationships at the core of our sales model, strong collaboration with, and the ability to influence our global affiliates around the world, will be central to your success.
