Navigant’s Global Construction Practice works with owners, developers, contractors, providers of capital, and their legal counsel to proactively manage risk on large capital investments through our advisory services and to forensically investigate project impacts for the resolution of claims through our dispute resolution services. Our advisory services include: program management, project financing assistance, project risk management, CPM scheduling, claims management, and business process improvement. Our dispute resolution services include: forensic scheduling, project cost/quantum analyses, and professional liability reviews.  Navigant also has many qualified experts who have testified in a variety of dispute arenas, including: litigations, international arbitrations, and government contract disputes.


Leveraging the success we have seen in the delivery of construction consulting expertise to the global marketplace, the Global Construction Practice seeks to expand its leadership and market impact through the addition of senior-level professionals. This position requires a professional with significant construction consulting expertise that has a proven ability to generate business, manage projects and lead project teams to deliver quality service to our clients.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering, construction or accounting discipline
  • Minimum fifteen (15)  years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industries, or other equivalent consulting experience
  • Track record of successful business origination and project delivery to clients within the construction industry
  • Professional and/or Industry Certifications (e.g. PE, CPA, CFE, AIA, AACE certifications)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated thought leadership through industry publications and related forums
  • Prior Expert Witness Testimony experience
  • Proficiency with standard construction industry software tools (e.g. Primavera, Microsoft Project, Microsoft
    Office suite)
