•Conducts vulnerability assessments; creates, communicates, and implements emergency-management programs.
•Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs and procedures to manage electrical emergencies (e.g., outages).
•Provides support for design, development, testing, and manufacture of electrically powered products.
•Implements policies, procedures, and systems that ensure adherence to company standards and effective interdependence of facilities and utilities systems across one or more facilities or sites.
•Direct acquisition of land for construction projects.
•Manages corporate facilities, buildings, and grounds by ensuring compliance with zoning, building, health, safety, licensing and certification requirements.
