Working with the most senior executives and their teams, the 2VP, Executive Event Producer customizes major businessevents to deliver impactful businessexperiences that successfully combine strong brand representation, creativity and on-point content.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
PRODUCTION: Turn ideas into detailed plans for execution with rigorous attention to detail, timelines and flawless production.
Drive a seamless and powerful approach to all aspects of the production. Ensure that all production needs are anticipated for each event and build into the overall execution plan and budget by managing experiential and traditional media; graphic design and animation; all production (pre, onsite and post).
DESIGN: Work with the business leaders to understand the overall message and agenda. Design or manage design of all aspects of the business experience at each event to include custom stage design and all components; opening video and other onstage media; presentation design; content presented consistently and with impact; ambience (music, graphics, lighting, stage content) and maintaining brand presence and impact to expectation of executive team.
CONCEPTUAL: Ensure superior end-to-end eventexperience to include working closely with event management team, executive teams and production resource. Ensure that all aspects of business event integrates with overall eventbudget and plan. Ensure an elevated multi-sensory and emotional experience that fits the agenda. Manage design of all main stage assets including presentations. Manage brand and cultural messaging to ensure current Travelers focus/theme is properly represented.
STRATEGY: Create high impact experience by collaborating with executives, their working teams and subject matter experts to ensure transparency and successful integration of all event content into the main stage experience which includes live event direction, show staging, video and other media direction, coordinating full experience and speaker and executive coaching.
MANAGE BUDGETS: Responsible for developing and overseeing the event’s budget. Must review and select proposals for cost throughout the ideation process. Ensure contracting aligns with the eventbudget.
EXECUTION: Executive Produce/manage all aspects of major events for Travelers from set design through executive coaching with clear communication throughout the process

Bachelor’s degreerequired. Minimum of 10 years of related work experiencerequired.
