The Director – Enterprise Reporting works proactively within the Enterprise Reporting function driving the creation of standard reports across EA’s supported functional areas and Properties. The incumbent leads a team that  performs standard reporting for a pre-defined suite of reports, while providing additional one-off reports as needed.. Collaborates with Information Management to develop new reports as required to support functional areas and Properties. Drives reporting process improvement and automation through UBV implementation.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts policies, practices and procedures.

  • Collaborates with Vice President –Gaming Analytics and Enterprise Reporting, as well as the Executive Director, Enterprise Reporting, in execution of reporting and analysis
  • Identifies business requirements and collaborates with Enterprise Analytics team in pass-off of requirements for execution and IM development
  • Develops analytics capability across aligned functional area(s) and properties
  • Drives ownership of the demand management process through reviewing, prioritizing, and reporting on Property / Corporate requests to the Vice President –Gaming Analytics and Enterprise Reporting  and communicating key requirements to the team for development
  • Communicates and reviews findings with the Vice President –Gaming Analytics and Enterprise Reporting, and business partners
  • Displays expertise in BI tools and Excel modeling and coaches others to develop the skill sets of the team
  • Manages relationships developed by the Vice President –Gaming Analytics and Enterprise Reporting  to understand business problems and reporting needs
  • Manages and balances new insight demands with currently in-progress projects
  • Provides inputs to value measurement process to ensure business results are achieved
  • Networks externally to seek innovation
  • Manages Human Resources responsibilities for the specifically assigned areas; create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment


  • 7+ years experience in leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent education and experience
  • Proven track record of driving business performance through insights and analytics
  • Experience managing the connection between technology and business groups
  • Previous experience managing diverse teams


  • Masters degree in Finance, Business Management or related field
  • Strong leadership and executive presence
  • Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
