Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Establish strategic and tactical objectives and plans for company's products and processes
• Design, develop implement, and test all hardware, system and process solutions for products
• supervise the establishment of equipment operating specifications and acts as a liaison with customers (semiconductor manufacturers) and the product design/development teams
• investigate complex issues involving in-depth knowledge of etch process equipment, process technology, semiconductor integration and semiconductor devices
• regularly interact directly with customers and provide technical presentations, process implementation, and technical negotiation; etc.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering and 5 years of dry etch hardware and process R&D and implementation experience (in plasma dielectric & polysilicon etch) and 5 years of experience in manufacturing NAND, DRAM, and Logic
• In-depth knowledge of process technology, integration, and device technology
