Our solution combine Solar PV, Energy Storage Solutions and electrical grid elements to deliver optimal energy efficiency
In this capacity, you will be the lead Energy Solutions Sales team responsible for growing LG's Energy Solution market share with specified Key/National accounts . Additionally you will:
- Leverage your business and technical acumen in order to understand the customer's business for each of the assigned accounts, provide industry input in order to develop the LG value proposition
- Establish and foster team relationships within assigned account teams and channel partners within appropriate regions, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Cultivate large initiatives of both a complex and strategic importance
- Achieve and/or exceed sales quotas by calling on sophisticated sales and related business activities for current and prospective accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including functional experts/subject matter experts, energy, operational, engineering, technical, financial, and legal support when necessary on all aspects of strategy, planning, developing, executing and growing LG's business
- Develop a strong strategic grasp of the market in order to provide an actionable competitor intelligence to the team on a regular basis
- Partner with marketing managers to develop account specific roadmaps
- Provide new and creative ideas to grow account preference for LG products which will in turn lead to increased market share and sales results
- Develop account market analytics and timely performance metrics to sales management
- Represent LG at industry events building on our brand reputation to deepen existing relationships while building new ones
- Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA desirable.
- 8+ YEARS OF SUCCESSFUL SOLUTION SALES TRACK RECORD THAT INCLUDES SOFTWARE AND SERVICES AS THE CORE SOLUTION OFFERING
- DEMONSTRATED UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWHOW IN SOLUTION SELLING PROCESS AND VALUE PROPOSITIONING
- Track record of Leading sales strategies with Project Owners, Large Development firms, Utilities, Aggregators, DERMS providers, VPPs, etc.
- Significant expertise in clean energy industry with preferred experience in Solar, Energy Storage, and HVAC space
- Knowledge of PV, ESS, Electrical Grid, Utility industry are desired.
- Strong relationship builder
- Outstanding communications skills
- Strong capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point), Adobe Writer, Visio and basic Windows environment.
- Solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance and account P&L.
