The Director of eCommerce will serve as strategic architect and drive the execution for digital initiatives (email, website, social and SEO). Will establish the strategic marketing plans via the various digital channels including: online, e-catalogs, social, mobile and any strategic partnerships. Driving revenue and presenting branded and product content to the world optimizing consumer experience.


  • Support development of the vision and strategy, roadmap and operating plan for all of digital marketing
  • Responsible for digital strategies and marketing plans that leverage existing traditional plans (print, creative) as well development of unique content for digital delivery.
  • Develop strategies that bring to life our brand positioning in the digital landscape.
  • Create standards and the tools to execute in the local market or region
  • Service country marketing teams as required and develop digital strategies and share best practices
  • Management of Digital Agencies
  • Service all company Brands as assigned (Callaway, Odyssey, Top Flite)
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the business by sharing insights, leanings and trends in a consistent and timely manner. Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance in digital
  • Actively partner and lead all cross-functional partners including key stakeholders, public relations, social media, .com, creative, database strategy, advertising, trade marketing, launch campaign teams to ensure consistent message and focus across all consumer touch points.
  • Aggressively monitor the app space for new and engaging content
  • Building and creating a relationship with our consumers (CRM)
  • Manage SEO projects
  • Manage maintenance of web site content
  • Manage overall web marketing budget, spend, measure appropriate metrics, enhance ROI and report using advanced analytics.

  • Identifies and implements internet marketing best practices across the organization
  • Aligns internal departments for campaign creation and launches
