The Director of Network Infrastructure and Security performs two core functions for the enterprise. The first is overseeing the operations of the enterprise's network security solutions. The second is establishing an enterprise security stance through policy, network architecture and training processes.
Secondary tasks will include the selection and deployment of appropriate security solutions, and oversight of any vulnerability audits and assessments. The Director of Network Infrastructure and Security is expected be heavily involved with infrastructure and security systems implementations.
The Director of Network Infrastructure and Security will be required to interface with peers in the Systems and Network departments as well as with the leaders of the business units to both share the corporate infrastructure and security vision with those individuals and to solicit their involvement in achieving higher levels of enterprise security through information sharing and co-operation.
Minimum 8 years experience within the IT space directly related to information security policies, procedures, and technical systems in order to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, security, availability and compliance of all global organizational information systems.
