Role Description

  • Leads service and project delivery for all of Network Services. This includes technology projects and programs, service request fulfillment, Network solution design and Business Unit relationship management
  • Has full program and project team accountability for delivery in-line with solution requirements, timeline and costs
  • Accountable for the success of Network Services projects ensuring that solutions are sustainable and consistent with IT design and architecture practices, and patterns
  • Owns project delivery performance with all third parties, and strategic partners – this includes governance and performance management
  • Owns solution design in support of project delivery, technology roadmap execution and third line support to Network Operations, including problem resolution
  • Establishes and manages relationships with customers and key stakeholders, maintains regular communications with business IT executives, department heads, and other stakeholders regarding delivery activities
  • Represents project updates with project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Partners with the business lines and cross functional teams in support of solution ideation, project estimation and initiation activities. Delivers solutions in-line with a multi-year roadmap
  • Works to continuously minimize problems and improve the overall service of Network Services Delivery and Engineering
  • Oversees planning and forecasting of demand and resource consumption across the business lines
  • Analyzes technology delivery performance within the business units resolve issues and continuously improve performance.
  • Is responsible for ensuring successful handover of new services and capabilities to the Network Operations team prior to being in Production.

  • Bachelor’s degree, Masterspreferred.
