Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs team responsible for revenue generation of Hawaiian Airlines’ Domestic network
  • Manage and develop Domestic revenue team, set clear expectations for employees and gain buy-in on future direction through open communication
  • Formulate and execute pricing and inventory management strategies to drive revenue performance
  • Develop and deliver annual revenue plan for Domestic network
  • Partner with other commercial teams to design effective pricing and promotional campaigns and clearly communicate RM goals and strategies to ensure alignment across broader commercial organization
  • Present revenue results to senior leadership and inform leadership of background to results and update leadership on advance trends and raise awareness of plans to address/improve performance
  • Lead cross-functional projects/analyses
  • Meet with relevant external partners to further leverage partnerships to enhance revenue performance
  • Lead, develop, mentor and evaluate team members
  • Travel may be required on an as-needed basis
  • Additional projects/responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Seven years of professional experience, with at least five years of relevant industry/functional experience
  • One year of supervisory/management experience
  • Experience managing P&L and department budgets
  • Management experience with a proven ability to lead and motivate in a complex, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in airline inventory management and pricing
  • Mastery of analysis and reporting in Microsoft Excel and otherreporting tools
  • Familiarity with inventory management workflow in Sabre Airmax or comparable revenue management system
  • Deep understanding of airline economics and revenue management science
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Ability to be accountable and responsible for revenue results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in quantitative/analytical discipline
