As the Director of Digital Video Marketing you will be responsible for managing an integrated set of marketing initiatives to drive highly effective and efficient sales and customer acquisition.

The role involves providing marketing leadership, building strategy, planning and executing integrated campaigns, generating traffic and customers, and content approach to effectively execute a multi-million dollar video marketing program.

Responsibilities:

·Lead the channel strategy, development & execution of effective digital video marketing campaigns that are in-line with the company objectives.

·Write creative briefs for content production.

  • Collaborate with market, product and creative directors to direct and improve video contentForecast channel market KPIs including reach, spend, ROAS, while focusing on performance trends.
  • Manage digital online marketing team, enabling them to meet their goals and objectives.
  • Develop standard processes and tools for the digital video channel.
  • Partner with internal and external key stakeholders to articulate a vision and development a channel roadmap for a test and learn, while driving the overall business.
  • Manage market campaigns & product mix to ensure optimal return on market spend, while improving the velocity of the channel discoveries to ensure market goals are reached, effective and incremental.
  • Define proper measurement requirements and structure, work with analytics teams to improve reporting and channel visibility. 
  • Manage audience development growth strategy with clear defined plan and ability to effectively measure.
  • Identify industry insights and trends to define and refine channel approach.
  • Manage front facing company video channels.
  • Other initiatives/projects as needed.
