- Lead the channel strategy, creation & execution of effective digital video marketing campaigns that are in-line with the company objectives.
- Collaborate with market, product and creative directors to direct and improve video content.
- Forecast channel market KPIs including reach, spend, ROAS, while focusing on performance trends.
- Manage digital online marketing team, enabling them to meet their goals and objectives.
- Develop standard processes and tools for the digital video channel.
- Partner with internal and external key stakeholders to articulate a vision and development a channel roadmap for a test and learn, while driving the overall business.
- Manage market campaigns & product mix to ensure optimal return on market spend, while improving the velocity of the channel discoveries to ensure market goals are reached, effective and incremental.
- Define proper measurement requirements and structure, work with analytics teams to improve reporting and channel visibility.
- Manage audience development growth strategy with clear defined plan and ability to effectively measure.
- Identify industry insights and trends to define and refine channel approach.
- Manage front facing company video channels.
- Other initiatives/projects as needed.
