strategic balance between customer experience and business objectives in close collaboration with senior leadership members across the Prudential business. You’ll have co-creative experienceworking with cross-functional teams, learning and helping evolve best practice digital marketing approaches and customer experience excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, product and design leaders in the Customer Office optimizing navigation/site architecture, developing landing pages, content architecture and other site features to deliver better conversion and engagement outcomes
  • Execute and implement digital projects through entire product and service lifecycle with strong consideration for - content strategy, experience design, IA, research & analytics, SEO & front-end development along with securing input and approval from primary stakeholders
  • Oversee the A/B/MVT testing programs in conjunction with analytics and design teams, leveraging our third party testing platform and managed services support team
  • Expand the existing site personalization capabilities beyond existing customers working closely with research, design and analytics to fully leverage DMP capabilities that deliver a more customized customer experience

Required Qualifications

  • Well-developed leadership and management skills as an interactive digital producer or equivalent with the ability to motivate and lead others in a highly collaborative environment
  • 8+ years combined experience in agency or client-side environments overseeing digital marketing initiatives that involve conversion rate optimization and personalization for major transactional/ecommerce or financial services site(s)
  • Mastery of A/B testing & CRO initiatives and best practices in order to define and implement optimization and experimentation strategy for Prudential.com
  • Direct response/performance marketing orientation with a track record of building and implementing exceptional user experiences, personalization, conversion and path to purchase improvements
  • Ability to strategically prioritize and create an actionable digitalproduct roadmap, mapped to requirements, deliverables, resources, time and desired outcomes.
  • 5+ years in leadership/management role with supervisory experience
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills with strong ability to present to senior executives
  • Familiarity with Maxymiser, Monetate or other A/B and Multivariate testing platforms
  • Experienced using Adobe Analytics, JIRA, Microsoft Teams and/or Slack, Trello, Realtimeboard, Workfront

Desired Qualifications

  • Exposure to Agile and or Lean methodologies to deliver products and technologies
  • Exposure to Human Centered Design and or Design Thinking Frameworks and philosophies
  • Experience in financial services; any experience with marketing in Insurance, Wealth Management Investing, and/or Retirement verticals or in other highly-regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, etc.)
