Responsibilities:

  • Lead web analytics function including the design setup, tracking, reporting and enhancement of various web properties.
  • Define the analytical measures for monitoring website and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement results-based analytics reporting using Tableau and/or similar tool.
  • Define the approach, success metrics, toolset, execution, and ongoing evaluation of ADP’s Digital Optimization strategy.
  • Design and execute web page tests with A/B and multivariate testing tools for direct, SEM, SEO and other forms of traffic.
  • Work with Data Analysts to collect data, analyze data, create strategy, and execute optimization plan.
  • Identify new marketing technologies to apply to experiments, create and implement new technologies.
  • Ensure that ADP websites deliver a high-performance user experience that utilizes existing and emerging technologies to create experiences that drive purchase intent.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information systems, Math, or Business

* A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience.

* Deep experience with Google Analytics or a similar web analytics tool.

* Experience with various Internet-scale and Big Data technologies such as AWS ecosystem.

* Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such Tableau and Cognos.

* Working experience with marketing optimization platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, Maxymiser, etc

* Experience integrating and analyzing full-funnel B2B demand generation data

* Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data elements; ability to problem-solve and think strategically.

* Strong communication and presentation skills, writing and influence skills; strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
