Develop and implement the enterprise vision and strategy for web and eCommerce. Provide corporate wide thought leadership for digital brand presence. Collaborate with Businesses to optimize Customer and Company digitalexperiences.
Develop, implement and expand global marketingtechnology tools, standards and metrics to increase brand equity and drive increased demand for Company’s products/solutions.
Work closely with Business leaders to translate and provide best practice digital customer experience tools with the focus on organic sales growth.
- Improve organic growth by creating a best in class digital customer experience
- With Business leaders, develop and implement digitalmarketing tools across the company
- Provide the vision of company’s digital presence that keeps current with customer expectations.
- Direct the development of global web and eCommerce strategy and functional specifications.• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Lead cross function team development of digital goals.
- Develop web governance, standards and support model requirements to ensure company web sites are current and relevant.
- Provide guidelines, training, support and resources needed to improve digital goals.
- Implement scoring company’s web and eCommerce sites and set baseline requirements.
- Lead project prioritization, Provide strategic marketing and salessupport.
- Work closely with businesses to develop and improve adoption of digital tools and metrics.
- Work with Marketing Managers to deploy campaigns to targeted industries and Customers.
- Drive lead generation for new business revenue and cross-sellcampaigns through various Digitalchannels.
- Own and communicate all marketing analytics/reporting for all digitalmarketing Programs.
- Determine which projects and activities should be completed internally and externally.
- Develop and Build support services as needed to meet the digitalmarketing growth requirements.
- Lead the Global Digital Marketing team.
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years B2B commercial web experience
- 5+ years management experience leading web business resources
- Web strategy development and design
- Current Web tool capability understanding
- Strong listening / facilitation and consensus building skills
Nice to have:
- 5+ years Industrial product Marketing experience
