. Design/identify, evaluate and prioritize digital business models and offerings in the premium automotive, mobility and lifestyle segments that align with their vision and brand value proposition.
. Establish a companywide process to elaborate and assess technology-centric business models, manage the cooperation between different stakeholders and teams (e.g., UX, software development, partnering) regarding business model and product development (from scouting to ideation to prototyping to developing to launching).
. Conduct and evaluate market, competitor and customer analysis to assess relevant digital business model opportunities, product and service innovations based on to be defined evaluation models and frameworks
. Define and manage the following digital business model elements:
o Define customer value and proposition
o Define customer segments and channels
o Define revenue and payment model
o Define value processing
o Define the required resources including partners
o Evaluate cost structure
o Setup business case and evaluate different scenarios
. Assess financial impact of digital business models:
o Determine required investments
o Project operative expenses and cash flow
o Estimate and ensure product/service revenues and profitability
o Manage risk assessment
. Manage operation of business models, products and services
. Lead and grow the business innovation team
. Collaborate with the company?s global teams
. The design of business models in a highly dynamic environment requires entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, high conceptual strengths combined with a deep understanding for interactions between various dimensions like customer needs, value proposition, business models, data processing and partnering as well as financial impacts on those interactions.
. At least 10 years of working experience in relevant areas such as information technology, digital business model innovation, consumer offerings
. Working experience in launching successful new offerings and business models
. Passion regarding creating unique customer experiences that lead to new business opportunities
. Understanding of premium automotive, mobility and lifestyle related industries
