Responsible to the Vice President for new construction and major remodeling by outside contractors. This person will work with architects, contractors, engineers, and consultants ensuring that projects meet deadlines, budgets, and acceptable and approved construction methods. Coordinates and conducts meetings with members of the Medical Staff, Administration, Department Directors, and Hospital Employees as it relates to construction or remodeling.Job Description

Required: Education - Bachelors degree in Engineering General or Architecture Certification - Driver's License - State Preferred: Experience - 5+ years of Facilities Management/Construction Experience Certifications - Certified Health Constructor (CHC) - Compliance Certification Board (CCB); Project Management Professional (PMP) - Accredited University or accredited training professionalsPhysical Requirements:
