Director of Demand Generation

VIRTUAL ROLE

Our client , is looking for a proven, results-driven marketing executive to drive their demand generation efforts. The Director of Demand Generation is responsible for demand strategy, leveraging multiple channels for growth and optimizing the buyer journey. This includes marketing automation, paid campaigns, email, sales enablement, trade shows, and content. This person should be analytical and results-driven with a passion for continually moving the needle. The ideal candidate will have a recent background in Demand generation in the B2B tech space with a track record success in lead generation initiatives. This is a hands on role that will also manage a small team.

This position will work closely with the Content Marketing Team on content, email, and social strategy to generate demand, and with Sales to optimize inbound and outbound sales cycles.

Responsibilities

* Lead strategy for demand generation through multiple channels including website, email, ads, trade shows, social

* Manage marketing automation platform (Hubspot) and integration with CRM (Salesforce)

* Develop lead scoring system and audience segmentation process to manage lead database

* Work with the content marketing team on content strategy, including website, email, and social

* Work with marketing analyst to optimize website conversion

* Develop strategy, manage, and optimize sponsored content & newsletter campaigns, paid campaigns (display, search, social) and lead nurturing campaigns (lead segmentation, marketing and sales touch points, smart content)

 Qualifications

    Requirements
    At least 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation; ideally within B2B tech
    Knowledge and experience with Salesforce & marketing automation tools (Hubspot is a plus)
    Strong background in Web Analytics
    Data and metric driven-with strong attention to detail
    Experience with inbound and outbound marketing strategies
    High energy with a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
    Prior experience with performance monitoring tools, virtualization, and related markets is a plus
    A track record of success
