What you'll do:

· Lead our global demand generation and marketing operations strategy to meet our lead generation and pipeline targets

· Forecast our yearly targets, set goals and report on funnel health on a regular basis with a bias to action and optimization

· Bring in the latest industry trends, marketing tactics, technologies and approaches to help Benevity and our people succeed

· Lead our digital marketing efforts, define and optimize marketing mix across all channels to meet budget, business goals and achieve top ROI

· Oversee content marketing, lead development, marketing automation and operations functions to ensure they are working together to drive the most impact

· Support the growth of our marketing/sales tech stack and institute initiatives to drive efficiency, scale and increase conversion

· Build a reporting and analytics function and steward data and insights practices

· Partner with go-to-market teams for the launch of new products and new markets

· Consult with international teams to support efficient and timely brand and lead gen expansion in new geographic markets

· Measure and report on marketing initiatives and spend to demonstrate contribution to growth of the company's business objectives

· Lead, inspire and develop a passionate team of Benevity-ites at all levels of the company

What you bring:

· 10+ years in similar role, ideally with the majority of time spent in B2B enterprise software

· Experience with enterprise-level CRM and marketing/sales automation software applications (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, DiscoverOrg, Domo, etc.)

· Strong track record of successfully partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, Client Success to scale demand generation and operations in a fast-growth environment

· History of working with international teams and in a global business context

· Proven ability to execute and measure the effectiveness of digital and integrated marketing campaigns (ROI models, marketing attribution)

· Experience in both digital and traditional marketing activities and channels

· Previous leadership roles managing growing marketing teams with remote workforce

· Impeccable communication and business writing skills

· Outstanding and persuasive presentation skills; professional, influential and charismatic – experience presenting at the executive levels

· Able to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external influencers, as well as partners, vendors and agencies

· Self-driven to achieve goals; high energy level is essential; strong, dedicated work ethic
