EPAM is currently looking to add a Delivery Manager with a particular focus on Retail/e-Commerce industry, for full time opportunity to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will lead aportfolioof projects for large enterprise class accounts and contribute to making the team even stronger.

What You’ll Do

  • This person will partner withAccount Managers and will be accountable for all aspects of delivery
  • You will be responsible to run discovery and consulting engagements alongside other EPAM members from Account Managers to Solution Architects and Practices heads
  • Sales assistance as a technology expert and Pre-sales supervision, coordination and execution
  • Technical Architecture and Estimations validation
  • Assisting in setting up the team and kicking-off the project
  • All aspects of on-going Program and Project Management
  • Manage client expectations from deliverables perspective
  • Working closes with our Staffing coordination team and resource managers
  • People Management - creating and managing career development plans, compensation for direct subordinates

What You Have

  • Candidate should have strong project or program management skills in a highly technical environment
  • Strong domain knowledge of ISV industry
  • Highly Technical consultant with an engineering or Solution architecture background
  • A thorough understanding of how to plan, resource, and deliver large-scale technical projects
  • Proven experience managing/coordinating portfolio of project
  • Experience working in a pre-sales environment from solutioning to client communication
  • Experience in kicking off new projects
  • Good knowledge of software development lifecycle, methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall) and IT roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Good business communication and time management skills
