As we scale, our small, powerful and growing Bean Team needs you! We are looking for a Manager, Customer Success to join our growing team.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success to provide a delightful customer journey for Beanworks customers and ensure their success in using our product, retain, grow, and expand our customer base through regular interactions, give valuable customer insights using data to our executive teams to drive our business decisions, guide our development and customer success teams, and improve our sales and marketing efforts by determining product gaps and creating customer case studies, testimonials and references and support the growth of the Customer Success department
