Overview

The Director, Customer Success will large, cross-functional team across Account Security, Compliance and Office of the President. The role will be primarily responsible for working with business, product and customer success teams to deliver world-class experiences for our customers and community, and contribute substantially to the delivery of a high-performing services for consumers, small businesses and self-employed customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develops strategies, priorities, partnerships and operating models for business-backed technical innovation and process automation projects to increase customer account self- service, while reducing customer and business risk
  • Leads a team of managers and business analysts to deliver on security and compliance objectives (run the business operations), while ensuring investment and prioritization for continuous improvement in core operating processes and controls
  • Performs executive accountability and oversight for internal audit compliance and process guidelines supporting third party staffing security requirements
  • Works as an advisor, and plans partner solutions for managing information security risk as an extended leader within Corporate Security
  • Develops new capabilities with cross-team HR and security leaders for operations staffing security reviews, monitoring programs, controls, and response mechanisms
  • Oversees teams engaged in high profile escalations and customer legal actions – Office of the President, Privacy and Security. Ensures SLAs are met for team KPIs and drives root cause actions with leaders

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Security Management, or related field
  • MBA with strong operational expertise within FINTECH industry desired
  • 12+ years of experience in customer success operations management, compliance, privacy and security risk management
  • Strong people leader who can formulate visions, build change management plans, develop teams and leaders at all levels, and foster highly engaged teams
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with various levels of leadership to gain alignment, collaborate on problem solving and manage complex execution of delivery
  • Strong program management background and leadership skills
  • Experience with developing strategies and plans for business continuity planning and testing, as well as third-party security management
  • Experience driving business process automation using rapid software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
