Our Director of Customer Strategy supports Vlocity sales professionals by working with our prospective customers to help them understand and realize maximum business value from their investment in Vlocity solutions.
We're looking for applicants with experience from either a top strategy consulting firm or an enterprise software company building individualized prospect / customer value and ROI cases in support of sales. An MBA from a top business school is a must.
Note this is not an internal strategic planning position. You'll put your consulting experience and your MBA to work by conducting effective discovery at all levels of an organization, building compelling storylines that deliver the why, what, and how of digital transformation, and developing sophisticated financial models to position the ROI of Vlocity solutions. You will also be instrumental in building out and scaling the function of Customer Strategy at Vlocity, which encompasses a variety of additional focus areas such as strategic, account-based marketing, analyst relations, self-service selling tools, competitive intelligence, and customer value measurement.
