Job Description

The Director of Customer Insights and Analytics isresponsible for working effectively with cross functional teams to identify trends in customer value growth and engagement and identifying the impact of keycampaigns and initiatives.


  • Serve as lead analyst for the Customer Marketing team
  • Understand drivers of customer value and engagement
  • Understand and provide insights to customer segments, messaging strategies and campaign performance across channels
  • Package and present insights to key stakeholders
  • Institute monitoring and manage anomaly detection in key business metrics
  • Participate in message test design and analysis
  • Join forces with the Advanced Analytics team to understand predictive, descriptive and classification models and incorporate into analytics products
  • Participate in 3rd party data integrations and drive adoption
  • Manage other analysts on the team
