The primary purpose of this role is to set the vision, strategic priorities and growth / operating / financial objectives for the branded financial services product offerings, customer servicing operations and field support engagement. This position also fosters the SERVE leadership within the team - removing roadblocks, providing enterprise air cover for priorities, connecting the dots between enterprise strategies / initiatives and what Lowe's does, celebrating successes, developing talent, etc. This role is critical to Lowe's because it allows the company to remain competitive as a sales organization, maintain a relevant customer experience / journey within the enterprises payment ecosystem, protects enterprise from operating / regulatory risks and ensures the banking partners are protecting the safety / soundness of program income streams.

RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTS
• Develops the vision, strategic priorities and growth / operating / financial objectives
• Oversees the Store credit system support process for escalated issues
• Leads the credit promotion execution with promotional systems testing and validation
• Monitors stores during system upgrades, enhancements and maintenance releases
• Ensures store systems (POS/selling and credit servicing) are in compliance with credit regulatory requirements
• Designs program/process changes that enhance not only customer service and compliance but also overall customer experience in any channel in which the customer engages in a Lowe’s Credit Program
• Contributes to top level decision making of credit programs, reviewing requirements and testing plan builds
• Evaluates project management to ensure on time delivery, within scope and within budget


REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors Degree in Business administration or relevant field
• 7 + years of financial services experience preferably with some ret
