Reporting to the Vice President of the Corporate Project Management Office (CPMO), this person will be responsible and accountable for the execution and management of Program/Project Delivery within the CPMO. The portfolio will span multiple regions and business units within Experian in addition to providing key advisory services and management of key transformation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the Corporate Project Management Office as Delivery and Governance center of excellence supporting multiple methodologies including (but not limited to) Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums) and Six Sigma
• Lead a team of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators with oversight of the delivery
• Partner with key executive stakeholders around the globe to ensure a high degree of service is being provided by the Corporate Project Management Office
• Serves as a role model by leading and demonstrating commitment to challenge inefficient processes and implementing high standards for project and program management; adjusting with changes in the business
• Serves as a transformation leader and advisor for global, strategic transformation initiatives
• Bring a Service Delivery and Customer First mindset to the Program and Project Delivery space

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or other technical programs
• 8-10 years of experience in technical service delivery leadership
• Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management across all levels of an organization including Top Executive Management
• Proficient with project management concepts such as Scope, Communication, Financial, and Risk Management
• Subject Matter Expertise and practical experience with delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Scaled Agile, and Kanban
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, inclusive of written, verbal and listening. Customer Service Orientation and strong teamwork
• Practical experiences working with global cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated success transforming teams from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, including Agile coaching at a scaled Agile level
• High degree of emotional intelligence

• Practical experience with DevSecOps
• Experience working with Project Portfolio Management tools
• Proficient with office automation tools (MS Office suite of applications, email, Internet, etc.)
• Delivery certifications such as PMP, CSM and Six Sigma
