The Director - Compliance Provides ethics and regulatory compliance support for UHS and its subsidiary healthcare operations. Essential Job Duties Support the Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer in all aspects of the UHS Compliance Program Develop new policies and updates existing policies; Develops and presents compliance and privacy trainings to the UHS subsidiary healthcare operations. Oversee the Compliance Audit and Monitoring program team and supports the compliance hotline and investigations team Conduct compliance investigations providing guidance to the field on day-to-day healthcare regulatory compliance, privacy and security issues as they arise in operations Prepare periodic field, Committee and Board reports and analyses
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a healthcare legal role and/or 8-10 years' experience in a role supporting healthcare regulator
