Come join our global compensation team! In this role you will be responsible for design, administration, and monitoring of executive compensation programs and design and oversight of stock programs. Preparing materials and presentations for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Effectively communicating and leading consultation with key executives, Legal, Finance and outside consulting firms as necessary. Lead compensation related projects and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders with significant strategic and financial impact, partnering with other total rewards team members. Will also serve as compensation partner to one or more of our business function groups.
