ob Purpose:

This position will be responsible for leading Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) Community Healths financial and impact performance management across the community health impact portfolio. This includes measuring and reporting on portfolio-wide community health outcomes and overseeing impact analysis of programs across HCSC. In addition, this position will lead budgeting and financial measurement and supporting and approving business planning for new programs that support long-term business objectives.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

* 10 years of financial planning, reporting, modelling and managerial accounting experience within public health, non-profit, health promotion or related fields

* Strong financial reporting, planning and modeling skills

* Superior MS Excel and data management experience with strong analysis and interpretation skills

* Outstanding communication, leadership, analytical and presentation skills; the demonstrated ability to influence, engage and empower

* Ability to evaluate, build and redesign complex financial models

* Solid business acumen and the ability to strategically align departmental goals to company objectives and targets

* Demonstrated ability to understand the big picture, while being very detail-oriented

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

* Proven methodological and data analysis skills. Experienced using logic models, logical frameworks or similar devices for ensuring alignment of activities and investments with strategy-level results.

* Strong quantitative knowledge including experience creating complex models. Demonstrated ability to extract appropriate data to convey complex information through the use of visual representations
