Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to ensure that the global financial reporting, forecasting, billing and analysis for one of the company’s strategic clients will be delivered in a timely manner and as per client and TaskUs expectations in order to help TaskUs achieve its financial and compliance targets. You will drive, enable and motivate different stakeholders within the company to achieve short and long-term goals. You will be an individual contributor and self starter that will lead the financial side of the client relationship.
As you look at your tasks for the day, you know that as the Director Commercial Enablement , you must collaborate with the different groups within the company like client services, operations and other corporate support functions. You are expected to help the finance, operations, and client services leaders in achieving expected headcount and revenue forecasts as well as managing the timely delivery of accurate invoices to our clients. Along with this, you will work across departments to ensure the success of the annual budget process, monitoring results, comparison of budget with actual and be able to explain the variances during management reporting calls and or sessions. You will be the lead on the finance team in ensuring site calls, quality business review is happening and that all the financial data help, analysis, and insights are provided to the operations team especially to leaders.
As the Commercial Enablement Lead, you are expected to review and communicate monthly financial and other related reports to management and other stakeholders, including senior leaders in finance, client services, operations, and on the client side. You will implement necessary controls and limits, and continuously monitor all aspects of financial and operational performance related to our clients.,

What is it we’re looking for? Since this is a Lead role we’d need someone who already has the skills to even call themselves a Leader. Definitely someone with experience in being one, if you have at least 8 years of experience and at least 4 years of experience in a cross functional role with exposure to executive teams, you can qualify for the role. Someone with experience in various domains in the outsourcing Industry would definitely have an edge.
This is a Director Commercial Enablement role so having a Bachelor’s degree is needed (are you someone with a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Math or other related courses? Even better!)
