Overall Summary
As the Director of Commercial Development, Knees, you will report to the Vice President of Commercial Operations, North America and be primarily responsible for the successful conversion of new surgeons and the retention of existing surgeons on behalf of MicroPort Orthopedics Inc. You will develop and execute on new surgeon targets, including all phases of the surgeon onboarding process. You will ensure that all internal cross functional teams, including the Distributors, Sales Leadership Team, Marketing, and Medical Education teams are aligned and coordinated.

Accountability
You will have freedom to act and make decision as needed on behalf of the Company. Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Operations, you would be accountable for orchestrating new surgeon conversions in conjunction with the regional sales leadership teams, marketing team and Medical Education team, to ensure best in class customer satisfaction and experiences with MicroPort Orthopedics.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field required
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Large Joint Orthopedic Medical Device Industry required.
