Under direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, directs facility nursing activities as defined by hospital policies and objectives. To administer, analyze and appraise the care given to patients within the organization. To advise Chief Nursing Officer and administrative team regarding the status of patient care, budgetary projections, quality improvement processes and human resource applications. To anticipate and estimate future needs of the organization needed to improve quality of patient care. To collaborate and coordinate the efforts of nursing leaders within the organization to accomplish the mission Lourdes
Qualifications - Minimum
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
Five years of prior nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting.
Qualifications - Preferred
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited university or college.
Three to five years of director level nursing leadership experience.
Dexterity for use of equipment; Visual and auditory acuity.
8 am - 4:30 pm
