In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate client onboarding
- Oversee and manage strategic aspects of client engagements from onboarding to growth
- Ensure Volley delivers high quality service for clients
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs
- Collecting and analyzing data to help inform strategies
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Advising clients and internal teams on GTM, ICP frameworks and strategy
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Partner with Volley sales team to manage contract continuation and expansion
- Own the growth of the account management department
- Own the account management strategy, the associated operations, and aid in contract extension + renewals
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer at Volley

- We are a remote first company. You'll have flexibility on where you work whether thats from home or in our Toronto office.
- Unlike working in-house you'll get exposure to a variety of industries, products and startups. While being dedicated to client work you'll also work closely with Volley managers, peers and coaches.
